This Sunday 12/18 I will be hosting 2 seminars to raise donations for one of my favorite charities, Toys for Tots. From 11-12pm we will have a BJJ seminar and be going over 2 of my favorite quick submissions systems. We will break down the detail and you will improve your submission results! From 12-1pm we will be having a Muay Thai seminar and I will be showing you some of the exclusive techniques we have been learning in Thailand!
These skills seminars are free, but you must bring a toy for each seminar you would like to attend. If you don't have time to shop, you can bring cash. But I will warn you if its less than $10 you will be the submission dummy at the seminar...lol. Please join me this Sunday and help make a difference for some kids who would go without.
